2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our designated contact. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury

3. Submit Copyright Notice

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. We may restore the removed content if we receive a valid counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, email, and phone number
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in India

5. Repeat Infringers

We take copyright violations seriously. We may terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable laws.
